Zombie Platform Shooter: Lots of Changes!

I made several changes and additions to the platform zombie shooter I started a couple of days ago, including:
  • Pistol and machine gun shots do not go through enemies.
  • Sniper rifle added.
  • Sniper rifle and shotgun bullets go through enemies.
  • Pistol, Shotgun, Machine Gun, and Sniper Rifle are all pick-ups.
  • 12 playable levels.
  • 2 different graphics for enemeis.
  • Enemies will lose their heads when hurt.
  • Dual-Wieldable weapons (all of them are dual-wieldable).
  • Instructions at the beginning of the game given to you from a zombie (oh, the irony).
  • Double Jump unlockable.
  • New background graphics.

Nice update, but, some glitches:

-When pressing "Space" before getting the pistol, the game freezes.
-You can't go back to the first room, the player falls off the edge.
-When going from Room 6 to 5, you get stuck.
-When I entered the cave, the guy just kept going left. (Only occured once, don't know why.)
-I couldn't read the text when I obtained the dual wield, was never told how to do it.
-You fall off the right side of the level that is pictured in the screenshot.

Anyway, the new graphics are great, and so are the improvements.

1. Hmm, didn't know about that one!
2. Yeah, that's a problem with the example I used. I'm trying to see if I can fix it.
3. Didn't know about this one either!
4. This is another issue with the example that I need to fix.
5. Sorry, I forgot about it! Left click for normal shooting, and right click for the other weapon.
6. Thats the last level I have done so far.

Thanks for the bug report and I'm glad you liked the updates! ^_^

It was entertaining. As for suggestions other than what I've told you thus far, I would like:
1. slow down the zombies a little.
2. MORE BLOOD/GORE/EXPLODING BODIES/LIMBS BEING BLOWN TO PIECES... be creative.
3. health (obviously)
4. graphic death seen resulting in loss of all health (I'm talking limbs torn off and body eaten)
5. more zombie-esque animation (shuffling legs and stiff arms stuck out in front)
6. F the jumping zombies. make them climb up walls. Not only does it add the "shit! they can get me up here!!!" factor, It also slows them down a little so you can stand above them and blast away
7. Put in fire. I love fire
8. Add bosses. I want to see some crazy undead dragon zombie that lands in front of you and starts breathing fire and clawing at you and trys to eat you that you can only kill by shooting its head one bajilling times. On second thought, add some flying dragon zombies too. That would be bad-ass.

Add sound.
ex. guns make noises, zombies make noises (brains), creepy music in the graveyard, water dripping in caves, music to acompany anything surprising, things dieing noises... you get the picture

Also, I think you should put in some temporary powerups that only last for maybe 10 secs.
ex.
1. incineration ammo- bullets light zombies ON FIRE
2. explosive ammo- bullets create explosions on whatever they touch
3. exploding zombies- when zombies die, they explode with a blast-radius
4. dunce cap- pointy wizard hat appears on head and zombies look elsewhere for delicious brainzzz (invincibility + zombies repelled)
5. hyper mode- you move extra fast, jump extra high, and all guns have auto fire (10 clicks per second)

It's your game. If you have fun making it, chances are people will have fun playing it.
